Eating Summer Pudding in Autumn ~ Day 84

Tonight we were inspired by the SBS "English" Food Safari with Phill whipping up a Summer Pudding. It was my first taste of this delicious dessert which I added plenty of dollop cream to.

Phill made up a berry syrup which was greedily soaked up by white bread and makes up the body of the dessert. It was then topped with berries and slices of peach. Easy, quick and with frozen berries in the freezer you can enjoy it Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring...
